Good Friday

On Easter Friday, when Jesus died, the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. Thank you, Father for giving us access to the Holy of holies at your throne. May many people of Qatar enter in, we pray. (Matthew 27:51)

Touching the Hearts of the Lost

Lord, we bring Qatar to your feet and ask that you yourself will touch the lost, broken-hearted and those who are imprisoned by religion and wrong thinking. In Jesus name! (Matthew 15:30; Isaiah 61:1)

Praying for Religious Leaders

We pray for religious leaders in Qatar to be confronted with the truth about Jesus. May they have soft hearts, and ready minds to listen and receive understanding. May they begin to lead others in the search for Jesus.

The Lord’s Shepherds of the Flock in Qatar

A South Sudanese worshipper arrives to attend Sunday prayers in Baraka Parish church at Hajj Yusuf, on the outskirts of Khartoum, February 10, 2013. Sudan

Father, we lift up the church pastors in Qatar today. We ask that you would speak into their lives and direct their paths. May they know what is on Your heart for Qatar. Give them a passion for bringing believers in Qatar together for worship, prayer, teaching and fellowship. Give them a vision for reaching Qatar with your Gospel.

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You

Lord God we thank you that You have set up the times and the season; You set up kings and dispose of them. You give wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning. Lord, today we thank You that you sent the King Of Kings to deliver all people, and Your wisdom to all who seek You with their whole heart.

According to Your Spirit

Heavenly Father, today we ask that You give us wisdom and boldness and courage to speak and act according to Your Spirit and your Word. We pray for transformation in the hearts of the people of Qatar to guide them into Your truth.

That We May Carry Out Your Holy and True Command

O Most High, Glorious God, enlighten the darkness of my heart and give me a right faith, a certain hope, and a perfect love, understanding and knowledge, O Lord, that I may carry out your holy and true command. Amen.   —Francis of Assissi   Pray this for our brothers and sisters in Qatar. May the Light of Jesus be in the midst of the darkness. May they be filled with faith, hope, love, understanding, knowledge and obedience to the Word of God.

The Lord Almighty is King

Lift up your heads, you gates; be lifted up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in. Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, you gates; lift them up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in. Who is he, this King of glory? The LORD Almighty he is the King of glory. —Psalms 24:7-10 As intercessors, we proclaim doors and hearts to open for the King of Glory in Jesus name. Come Lord, and fill the country of Qatar with…

A Unified Body

Finally, all of you, have unity of mind, sympathy, brotherly love, a tender heart, and a humble mind (1 Peter 3:8) We pray for this kind of love and unity among the believers in Qatar, both expat and Qatari.  May it be a testimony to God’s love. Amen!

To The Lord of the Harvest

As co-heirs with Christ Jesus, we ask of You the nations as an inheritance, because You promised the ends of the earth as our possession (Psalm 2:8; Romans 8:17). Your Word teaches that people from every nation, tribe, country and language, were bought by the blood of Jesus. In front of Your throne a multitude from every nation, tribe, people and language will be standing, wearing white robes and holding palm branches in their hands (Rev 7:9). Today, we ask for a might harvest to come in Qatar. May many have soft hearts, and open minds, to receive revelation of…

Break My Heart For What Breaks Yours

“If through a broken heart God can bring His purposes to pass in the world, then thank Him for breaking your heart.”  – Oswald Chambers If you are willing, ask God to break your heart for Qatar today. May God fill you with love and compassion for this land where so few people know and love our Lord Jesus. Pray for more to hear about Him, and understand that Jesus is the way to eternal salvation.
