May the Lord crush Satan and the plans of the enemy under his feet today, in Jesus name.

Thank you for breaking the cultural code of the time and appeared first to a woman who was seeking you outside the tomb. We pray for all the seeking women in Qatar to see you as the Risen Lord.

On Easter Friday, when Jesus died, the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. Thank you, Father for giving us access to the Holy of holies at your throne. May many people of Qatar enter in, we pray. (Matthew 27:51)    

Pray that everyone in Qatar would come to know that Jesus came to give mercy to all people. Pray that they would welcome His mercy in their lives and in turn show mercy to others.

Pray that God would pour out His Spirit on everyone living in Qatar and that they would see dreams and visions of Jesus. Pray that they would be powerfully saved and empowered to be His witnesses. “Then, after doing all those things, I will pour out my Spirit upon all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy. Your old men will dream dreams, and your young men will see visions. In those days I will pour out my Spirit even on servants—men and women alike. And I will cause wonders in the heavens and on the earth— blood and fire…

“Lord we show our trust in You by obeying your laws; our heart’s desire is to glorify your name.” Isaiah 62:8 Pray for all believers in Qatar to have strength to trust in God, to obey His laws, and to boldly proclaim the Truth of Jesus.

Pray for God to grant Christians greater favor with the Qataris. It seems that the Lord is creating a “new atmosphere” in this Muslim country.

Praise that the Church Compound forces numerous and varied fellowships to work closely together to make the Compound a place of worship and fellowship. Pray for continued and greater unity amongst them so that Qataris will see who they are in Jesus by their love.

Praise God that the Church Compound exists and is growing. Pray that God would mobilize the thousands of expatriate Christians here to pray for Qataris and to reach out to their Muslim friends.

 ‘“My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts,” says the Lord.     “And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine.  For just as the heavens are higher than the earth,     so my ways are higher than your ways     and my thoughts higher than your thoughts.’ Pray that the Lord’s ways would prevail in Qatar. Pray that Christians in Qatar would immediately obey the Holy Spirit’s promptings.

There are a great number of Qatari students that study abroad. Pray that they encounter the Gospel of Jesus Christ and would be open to learning more about being a disciple of Christ.
