Month: November 2015 - Pray For Qatar

That We May Carry Out Your Holy and True Command

O Most High, Glorious God, enlighten the darkness of my heart and give me a right faith, a certain hope, and a perfect love, understanding and knowledge, O Lord, that I may carry out your holy and true command. Amen.   —Francis of Assissi   Pray this for our brothers and sisters in Qatar. May the Light of Jesus be in the midst of the darkness. May they be filled with faith, hope, love, understanding, knowledge and obedience to the Word of God.

The Son of God

Jesus, You are the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world (John 1:29). Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray that…

The Great Banquet

‘Then the master told his servant, “Go out to the roads and country lanes and compel them to come in, so that my house will be full.’” (Luke 14:23)   As servants of the Master, we invite all Qataris to come the Great Banquet. Come all who are hungry and thirsty, it is all for free. Jesus already paid for it on Calvary.

Blessed Are They who Suffer

“Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you” (Matthew 5:11,12) Lord, we pray for all the brothers and sisters in Qatar that may be suffering some kind of persecution. May they all extend forgiveness towards their persecutors like Jesus did on the cross and Stephen did when he was being stoned. May they and find comfort in knowing that they have a reward…
