Blessed Are They who Suffer
“Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you” (Matthew 5:11,12) Lord, we pray for all the brothers and sisters in Qatar that may be suffering some kind of persecution. May they all extend forgiveness towards their persecutors like Jesus did on the cross and Stephen did when he was being stoned. May they and find comfort in knowing that they have a reward…
