Praying for Religious Leaders

We pray for religious leaders in Qatar to be confronted with the truth about Jesus. May they have soft hearts, and ready minds to listen and receive understanding. May they begin to lead others in the search for Jesus.

Praying for the Seekers

Father we lift up Qatar to you and ask that You would reveal yourself to those who are seeking. Give dreams and visions of Jesus. Tune TVs to Christian satellite programs. May young people find Christian websites that give answers and hope. In Jesus? name, Amen!

The Lord’s Shepherds of the Flock in Qatar

A South Sudanese worshipper arrives to attend Sunday prayers in Baraka Parish church at Hajj Yusuf, on the outskirts of Khartoum, February 10, 2013. Sudan

Father, we lift up the church pastors in Qatar today. We ask that you would speak into their lives and direct their paths. May they know what is on Your heart for Qatar. Give them a passion for bringing believers in Qatar together for worship, prayer, teaching and fellowship. Give them a vision for reaching Qatar with your Gospel.

Human Rights

In recent years there has been a growing awareness of human rights abuses in Qatar. Secular or nominal Muslim rights advocates have been speaking out against these abuses. Today, we invite you to pray for these human rights advocates. Pray that they may come to know Jesus as their Savior. Pray also that they will have wisdom in their work. May they know what issues to tackle and whom to work together with. Pray for their protection from people with more extreme religious views.

Strengthen the Workers, Lord

Jesus, we ask you to strengthen the workers and believers in Qatar today. We specially ask for expat workers that are new to Qatar that you would help them in their time of transition and settling into this country. Help them with language learning. Encourage them today.

The Precious Word

Today I pray for Qatari nationals who have a copy of God?s Word in their homes and haven?t picked it up lately. May You prompt them to read Your Word again and may it speak directly into their hearts and lives. In Jesus name, Amen!

Praying For Qatar’s Government

In Jesus’s name, we bless Qatar?s government with wisdom from above. May those in leadership and authority be convicted of any unrighteousness, and may those seeking to walk in integrity be given favor and success in all their endeavors. Amen!

A Fresh Prayer for Qatar

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done in Qatar as it is in heaven (Matt 6:10). As co-heirs with Christ Jesus, we ask of you the nation of Qatar as an inheritance, because You promised the ends of the earth as our possession (Ps 2:8; Rom 8:17). Your Word teaches that people from every nation, tribe, country and language were bought by the blood of Jesus. In front of your throne a multitude from every nation, tribe, people and language in Qatar will be standing, wearing white robes and holding palm branches…

The Desert Will Be Made Glad

Pray Isaiah 35 for Qatar: The desert and parched land will be glad; the wilderness will rejoice and blossom…it will shout for joy. We believe this for Qatar!   Photo via Qatar Inbound Tours

He is Our Stronghold

Lord Jesus, today we say along with the psalmist David, and on behalf of the people of Qatar, that You alone are our light and salvation ? whom shall we fear? The Lord is the stronghold of our life ? of whom shall we be afraid? When evil men advance and enemies attack, they will stumble and fall; my heart will not fear. One thing we ask of the Lord and this we seek ? that we may dwell in the house of the Lord.
