In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will. Today is the start of the Haij, or pilgrimage to Mecca that every Muslim needs to make once in a lifetime. Many, including those in Qatar, will do the journey to either be ‘closer’ to God and experience him or receive healing from disease. It goes on until the 14th of September.   ‘Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul? Lord Jesus we know the people of Qatar have a desire in their souls longing for God to fill it, and we ask IN JESUS’S name that they receive the desire and in essence gain eternity with you!

Father, we thank you for all the good plans you have for the people of Qatar, plans to prosper and not to harm them.   We ask for your standard against the plans of the enemy. May the arrows of the enemy be headless and split apart. (—Psalms 58:7)

Monday, September 12th, Muslims in Egypt and around the World celebrate “Greater Bairam” or the Feast of Sacrifice. In celebration many Muslims go to pilgrimage in Mecca, fast the coming 10 days and on Monday they will be slaying and offering sacrifices like Abraham sacrificed an offering instead of Ishmael (according to Muslim belief).   Father we shake heavens with prayers and intercessions on behalf of Muslims in Qatar and Muslims around the world.
