Over the past years thousands of Muslims have met Jesus through dreams and visions. Many have put their faith in HIM. Take a few minutes today and ask the Holy Spirit to pour out more of HIS dreams and visions to Muslims in Qatar.   Father, we also pray for the Church in Qatar to be prepared to love and nurture these newborn ones who put their trust and entire life in YOUR mighty hands.

Today is the start of the Haij, or pilgrimage to Mecca that every Muslim needs to make once in a lifetime. Many, including those in Qatar, will do the journey to either be ‘closer’ to God and experience him or receive healing from disease. It goes on until the 14th of September.   ‘Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. Monday, September 12th, Muslims in Egypt and around the World celebrate “Greater Bairam” or the Feast of Sacrifice. In celebration many Muslims go to pilgrimage in Mecca, fast the coming 10 days and on Monday they will be slaying and offering sacrifices like Abraham sacrificed an offering instead of Ishmael (according to Muslim belief).   Father we shake heavens with prayers and intercessions on behalf of Muslims in Qatar and Muslims around the world. May they know and see the True Lamb of GOD who really takes away their sins.   Father they will fast, go to Mecca for pilgrimage…

Jesus declared: “I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty.” Come people of Qatar, taste and see, the Lord is good! (John 6:35, Ps 34:8)

Father, it is our prayer that you will open the eyes of the Muslim people in Qatar to see the well of living water in the desert. We declare that you, Lord Jesus, are the living water that everyone needs. (Gen 21:19)

Father, we thank you that you hear the people of Qatar who want to know you better. We pray that many will be able to say like Hagar: “You are the God who sees me.” (Gen 16:13)

We pray, Lord, that you will reveal yourself to all Muslims in Qatar during this month of Ramadan; that you will be found by those who did not seek you initially, to a nation that did not call on you name. In Jesus name! (Isaiah 65:1)

‘Mary Magdalene went to the disciples with the news: ‘I have seen the Lord! ’ And she told them that he had said these things to her. ’ —John 20:18 Lord, your ways are truly not our ways and your thoughts not ours. Thank you for breaking the cultural code of the time and appeared first to a woman who was seeking you outside the tomb. We pray for all the seeking women in Qatar to see you as the Risen Lord.

Lord, we bring Qatar to your feet and ask that you yourself will touch the lost, broken-hearted and those who are imprisoned by religion and wrong thinking. In Jesus name! (Matthew 15:30; Isaiah 61:1)

We pray for religious leaders in Qatar to be confronted with the truth about Jesus. May they have soft hearts, and ready minds to listen and receive understanding. May they begin to lead others in the search for Jesus.
