ACCESS, GOSPEL MATERIALS, & OBEDIENT BELIEVERS

Access is generally the greatest challenge in sharing the Gospel and planting the Church in Qatar. Thankfully, across the Arab world, we can send materials to places where we can’t always send people. The Bible is available in several versions in Arabic. Anti-proselytism laws cannot prevent gospel radio, TV, and Christian websites from penetrating the homes and hearts of those living in Qatar. Many Arabic-language websites, chat rooms and programs seem to have a powerful effect.

We believe in the transformative power of the Scriptures. We believe in the power of God to illuminate meaning and create understanding, whether or not there are believers present to explain the Truth. We believe there are many Qataris already on a journey toward understanding Jesus. However, we believe God chooses to use obedient believers who can live out the Gospel and share Jesus in a deep, relational, multi-dimensional way.

Read Acts 8:26-34. We ask God to continue to illuminate the meaning of Scripture to those who earnestly seek Him. We pray for obedient believers who will listen and obey the voice of the Holy Spirit, even when it sounds crazy. We pray God would lead these believers to walk alongside seekers and explain the Truth to them.
